        启动会上，财务部李志总监宣布了公司智能制造（MES）项目领导小组成员名单。

        总经理阙方斌阐述了为什么要导入系统以及如何达到项目目标，他指出，公司必须升级管理思路，而MES系统能够解决生产进度透明、信息传递效率低下等痛点问题。导入MES系统可以提供更好的管理工具，帮助管理层做出更优的决策。

        迈泰科技王总详细介绍了项目的实施方法，包括项目启动、机制流程规划、流程和数据验证、实施运行以及运行成果总结等。

        街道办吴主任讲话，代表街道政府给予鼓励和支持以及对金澄发展远景表达了坚定的信心和祝愿。

        毛土林董事长作动员讲话，信息化项目代表着公司长期变革的战略步伐，需要依靠高层决心、中层支持和全员的热情参与。开弓没有回头箭，希望项目早日上线，助力金澄智能制造整体提升。同时强调了项目中的风险管理和保障措施，通过内部的有效沟通和考核机制确保项目进度和质量的有效监控，最终达成企业生产资源的整合，提升企业竞争力。
