On July 30th, the Jiangsu Foundry Society was commissioned by Suzhou Jincheng Precision Casting Co., Ltd. to organize a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting on "Aluminum Alloy Semi solid Die Casting Technology and Industrial Application" in Suzhou.
Based on the characteristics of project achievements, the society invites five experts from Southeast University, Donghua University, Changzhou University, Jiangsu University, and Anhui University of Technology to form an expert review group.
The meeting was chaired by Professor Lu Wenlong, Chairman of Jiangsu Foundry Society.
According to the agenda, the project team will report to the attending experts on the research background and ideas of scientific and technological achievements, innovation points and key technical content, comparison of relevant domestic and foreign achievements, objective evaluation and intellectual property rights, promotion and application, and economic and social benefits.
This project is driven by the urgent demand for high-quality and complex thin-walled aluminum alloy parts in fields such as communication and transportation. It breaks through the key technical bottleneck of rheological casting for thin-walled aluminum alloy parts, achieves integrated innovation of the entire process and equipment of rheological die-casting, and forms a demonstration production.
The appraisal committee listened to the project achievement report of the completion unit, carefully reviewed the technical materials such as novelty search report, research report, testing report, application certificate, patent certificate, etc. After on-site inspection, questioning and discussion, it was unanimously agreed that the achievement has high application and promotion value, and is overall at the leading level in China, with some technical indicators reaching the international advanced level.
