Jincheng employees were awarded the title of "Chief Technician of Jiangsu Province Enterprises"

        近日，从省人社厅传来好消息，2018年苏州市11名高技能人才获评“江苏省企业首席技师”荣誉称号。其中，由相城区推荐的苏州金澄precision castingChen Haiwei from the limited company holds a seat, and so far, 9 highly skilled talents in Xiangcheng District have won this honor.       

        陈海伟，高级技师，苏州Jincheng PrecisionTechnical Manager of the Communication Division of Foundry Co., Ltd. I have participated in vocational skills competitions multiple times and achieved excellent results such as the second prize in the machining center operator category of the Xiangcheng District Skills Champion Competition, the first prize in the CNC machining center (four axis) category of the Suzhou Skills Champion Competition, and the third prize in the CNC machining center (four axis) category of the Jiangsu Province Skills Champion Competition. I have been awarded the titles of "Jiangsu Province Technical Expert" and "Jiangsu Province May Day Innovation Expert".        

        长期以来，陈海伟一直在公司从事新产品研发、技术创新、优化加工工艺等工作，积累了丰富的实践经验。工作期间，积极推动技术交流与创新，为公司创造了显著的经济效益，同时，也努力建设技术团队，在公司实行师徒结对，为企业长足发展不断培养高技能、高水平技术人才。
