张月媛2008年入职Jincheng PrecisionThe project department of the Communication Business Unit started as a small process engineer in the company, learning the process routes of different types of products, the process control points of each process, and the handling methods of routine problems. They also created some process SOPs and learned some simple fixture designs. Later, I worked as a process engineer, mainly responsible for the development of process standard documents, product structure design, fixture design, and other work in the Communication Business Unit. In order to complete other tasks assigned by the leadership, I self-taught several 3D design software, product structure design, fixture design, and professional English knowledge, laying a solid foundation for my subsequent work. Since 2015, I have been working as an overseas project engineer in the project department, mainly responsible for liaising with overseas clients in the communication business unit, product development, mold development, technical standard setting, process planning, and other related work. I apply what I have learned and provide better assistance for my current work based on my previous foundation.
张月媛在自己的工作岗位上兢兢业业，刻苦钻研，得到了领导、同事及客户的赞誉。做事比较踏实，为人比较低调，思想进步，积极参加公司组织的各种学习活动，利用一切可学习的机会提高自己的专业知识及辅助能力的培养，从而更好的服务公司及社会。
2017年11月参加苏州市举办的第三届相城区技能状元大赛选拔赛活动，报名参加“CAD机械设计”的项目。经过2轮考试的较量，最终获得了“CAD机械设计“项目一等奖，同时获得了“相城区技能状元“称号。
2018年在相城区评选2016-2017年度的五一标兵活动中获得“相城区五一巾帼标兵”的称号。③ 2020年荣获“苏州市五一劳动奖章”。2020年9月参加“”就在苏州，业选相城“职业技能竞赛CAD机械设计项目比赛，荣获二等奖。
